1. Зачем?
- Внедрение в свою жизнь рабочей модели по ведению и решению всех дел.
- Чтобы ничего не забывать и не было висячих дел, 50 неотвеченных писем во входящем и т.д.
- Четкое понимание того, что делать в следующий момент.
- Уверенность в текущем действии на все 100%, что это самое важное/нужное/возможное, что я сейчас выбрал делать.
- Одновременная работа с больше, чем 5 крупными проектами (крупные — требующие больше месяца).
- Установка дат выполнения проектов и их выполнение.
- Получение удовольствия от самого процесса достижения цели.
- Чистые входящие почты раз в день.
- Фокусироваться только на текущем проекте (быть в состоянии потока).
- Расставить приоритеты. Разобраться какие из кучи дел являются наиболее важными и заниматься только ими.
- Успевать больше за меньший промежуток времени, чтобы продвигаться и достигать своих больших целей как можно быстрее.

начал читать GTD, убрался у себя в комнате и разгребать завалы файлов на компе и другие места. Освобождение головы — бесценное состояние, когда я могу расслабиться и подумать о насущном.

Начал разбираться в системе GTD и внедрять ее в свою жизнь и чувствую, что именно то, чего мне так давно не хватало, конкретики того, что делать следующим.
Еще мне очень нравится идея записывать все входящие мысли на отдельный носитель, освобождать тем самым свою оперативку, чтобы лучше сконцентрироваться на своих же текущих задачах. Причем раньше я записывал некоторые идеи, но это совершенно иной подход. Он не дает того эффекта. Важно записывать именно все-все. Об этом подробней в книге.

Мне очень нравится, что кажется, я встроил модель GTD себе. Каждая входящая информация проходит несколько фильтров: зачем? что получить в итоге (ВАКОГ)? — очень круто, реально многие вещи сразу понятней становятся, некоторые отсекаются.
Я раньше пытался решить целый проект за один шаг.
Сейчас намного проще, т.к. я разделяю: все что имеет больше чем один шаг — уже проект.
Основная идея GTD, в том, что ты не отвлекаешься больше ни на что. А все записываешь в инбокс, чтобы потом «отвлечься» на это. С таким подходом, максимально концентрируешься на текущем деле, а дела, на которые мог бы отвлечься, в последствии могут отпасть.

Сегодня крайне собой доволен. Разобрал все закладки, много чего удалил неактуального уже, кое-что перенес в еверноут, непонятное занес в things. Теперь у меня будет как можно меньше мест, куда я буду сохранять новую инфу. Я невероятно рад, что у меня все лучше и лучше получается осваивать GTD принципы. Честно говоря, стало намного проще работать. Начал продумывать как внедрить систему в рабочий трекер. Возникла идея совместных инбоксов и прочих элементов, чтобы работать над ними вместе.

А! попробовал по GTD сделать шаг: мозговой штурм, мне хватило 30 минут чтобы найти хорошее решение на задачу, которую я не знал как решить, и от этого, я неосознанно сторонился ее. Решение в принципе красивое — мне нравится.
GTD вообще рулит. По шагам разбивать задачи, в один момент времени делать одну задачу — это волшебная таблетка. Любая приходящая мысль во входящие, потом подумаем про тебя. Очень круто, позволяет максимально концентрироваться на текущей задаче, и решать ее максимально быстро и эффективно.

Кстати эта система с односложными шагами, которые могу сделать сегодня и здесь, как в GTD.
«Всему свое время и свое место.»
К GTD как нельзя кстати, подходит эта цитата. GTD предлагает систему при которой ты будешь каждый день обращаться к своим мечтам, планировать свой день в соответсвии с ними и при этом, сам процесс будет занимать не больше получаса-часа в день. Фокус на главных вещах, про который говорит Кови и прочие гуру. Это все понятно, но как эффективно встроить это все в жизнь? GTD именно дает пошаговую инструкцию как это делать.

Решить — значит заключить договор с собой.
Принять решение — это значит договориться с собой, подписать договор, принять соглашение, договоренность.
После этого начинаешь действовать или наоборот забываешь об этой мысли — в зависимости от того, о чем договорился. т.е. от колебания к решимости. Читал, что успешные люди, принимают любое решение за секунды. Интересно, как они это делают?
Кстати GTD как раз направлена на то, чтобы принять решение по любой мелочи — либо сейчас, либо потом, либо перепоручить, либо не делать вовсе.

Сделал полный еженедельный обзор по GTD. На этот раз вычистил Things и еще лучше прояснил области, особенно с деньгами. Ушло 3 часа, и час на денежную область. В принципе раньше больше уходило.
3. Инструменты. Things + Evernote.
Evernote. Позволяет хранить заметки, картинки, ссылки, гипертекст, аудио и любой другой тип файлов, создавать отдельные блокноты, присваивать теги к каждой записи. В первую очередь удобно использовать, когда требуется объединить текст с другими файлами/картинками в одном месте, для возможности создать единый контекст. Заметки на айфоне я делаю прям в Evernote (они попадают в блокнот «inbox», который просматривается на следующее утро). Синхронизация с любым устройством, возможность делиться заметкой и много других полезных функций в платной подписке делает Evernote мощнейщим комбайном по обработке и хранению информации — одним из самых ценных ресурсов 21 века.
Т.е. это хранилище информации и удобная структуризация.
Things (только на Mac и iOS). Удобный, простой, красивый и функциональный to-do менеджер. Удобная интеграция в систему: возможность создать тудушку с ссылкой на текущую страницу с помощью горячей клавиши, возможность закинуть файл в тело тудушки — для проставления быстрой ссылки. Но, лично мне, не хватает вложенности по проектам, списка «отложенные» и напоминаний на конкретное время дня, возможно более удобная работа с повторяющимися событиями. В Things я сохраняю только список следующих действий и проекты, вся доп.инфа/идеи/полезный материал по проектам хранится в Evernote или трекере (по рабочим вопросам).
Т.е. Things позволяет лучше управлять своими делами и проектами.
Две программы прекрасно гармонируют и дополняют друг друга.
4. Моя текущая система GTD (обзоры).
Каждое утро я делаю дневной обзор:
1. сортировка входящей информации (evernote, things, почта) за предыдущий день.
2. планирование дня: уточнение времени встреч, какие 3 задачи я сегодня сделаю, чтобы продвинуться к своим целям. Т.е. планировать на день только те дела, которые имеют привязку к сегодняшнему дню, 3 события, которые продвинут меня к моим целям.
Каждое воскресенье я делаю еженедельный обзор:
1. просматриваю «проекты» — убедиться, что есть действия для каждого из них. Пересмотр целей по каждому. Какие результаты достигнуты? Что тормозит данный проект? Каких ресурсов/информации не хватает? Какие самые главные действия нужно предпринять на следующей недели по этому проекту?
2. просматриваю «когда-нибудь»/идеи для бизнеса — может какие-то проекты имеет смысл ввести в действие на следующей недели.
3. пересмотр годовых проектов/evernote по этим проектам — даты выполнения контрольных точек.
4. сортировка всех-всех входящих (бумаги, письма, фотографии на айфоне, домашняя уборка вещей, которые лежат не на своих местах, очистка рабочего стола).
5. простановка тегов по контекстам, для последующего удобного обращения к ним.
В течение дня:
1. Любая мысль/желание записывается во входящее.
2. Просмотр и выполнение дел из Today.
3. Просмотр списка следующих конкретных действий в зависимости от текущего контекста (в магазине, разговор с определенным человеком, за рулем, есть всего 10 минут и т.д. — у каждого они будут свои), какие действия могу сейчас сделать. Т.е. на каждый такой случай должен быть список дел, чтобы можно было его посмотреть и сразу выполнить то, что нужно.
4. Результаты.
Теперь у меня все, что связано с личной жизнью находиться в одном месте Evernote: вся необходимая информация, идеи, возможный полезный материал. Осталось сделать также и по работе.
После сортировки и распределения тудушек по проектам, начинаешь понимать, что все делается ради чего-то, развиваешь в себе результато-ориентированность. Вопросы следующего типа ставят все на свои места:
В какой проект я бы записал эту активность? Частью чего большего это является? К какой в конечном счете цели эта активность меня приведет?
Практически все желания/мысли теперь распределены по проектам, понятно зачем и к чему это может привести. Из этого следует понимание, что следует делать в первую очередь, что во вторую, а что вообще не делать.
UPD: Метод GTD прекрасно подходит для тех, кто испытывал себя в постоянном режиме цейтнота: «столько всего надо сделать, где взять на все это время?». Это еще одна система таймменеджмента, если хотите.
6. Анализ затраченного времени на внедрение системы GTD
Автор говорит, что внедрение системы в жизнь может занимать от 14 часов: 6 на сбор информации, и 8 на принятие решения по всей этой информации. 14 часов это если вы будете внедрять ее за раз.
Первые дни было так много, т.к. читал и внедрял систему, была серьезная расчистка всего, что накопилось. И еще есть, что расчистить, что будет сделано в течение ближайщих недель.
У меня ушло 8,5 часов вдумчивого чтения с конспектированием и внедрением в жизнь принципов GTD в период с 22 по 30 декабря. И последующим методичным использованием системы. На графике показано, сколько всего уходило в день на саму систему на обзоры. В среднем час по будням, что довольно хорошо, учитывая, что практически перестал отвлекаться от текущей задачи, плюс каждый день на планирование дня. Определенно это стоит часа времени.
В последние дни пики приходились как раз на еженедельные обзоры — 8 и 15 января. В среднем по 3,5 часа. Что тоже довольно хорошо, раньше на долгосрочное планирование (если оно делалось), могло уходить по несколько дней.
На составление этой рецензии-отчета ушло 5 часов 30 минут.
